A trio of companies have merged to create a major IT, telephony and managed print specialist.
Urban Network, a London-based managed and outsourced IT services provider, has joined forces with Heart Business Systems and Kerbury Business Centre.
Birmingham’s Heart Business Systems is an IT telephony and VOIP specialist, while Kerbury Business Centre also offers IT support alongside managed print services.
Perry Ashby will remain as the CEO of Urban Network, Stuart Willcocks will will head up Operations and Service Delivery, and Paul Moore will lead the Finance Department.

Sites previously used by all three companies before the merger will remain operational.
