TrueCommerce completes acquisition of Netalogue Technologies
Coventry-based TrueCommerce has completed the acquisition of Netalogue Technologies.
Both businesses operate in the B2B e-commerce sector and the Netalogue platform is used by manufacturers, distributors and wholesalers to create B2B e-commerce websites to sell products online to other businesses.
Customers of the Netalogue, which is based in Baglan, Wales, include Marstons, Farrow & Ball, Matthew Clark, Madison, Chubb, Transport For London, Bunzl and Greene King.
Acquiring Netalogue forms part of TrueCommerce’s wider strategy to provide a unified commerce service.
“TrueCommerce continues to build on our strategy of providing a leading commerce network built upon a common, adaptable technology platform,” said David Grosvenor, managing director of TrueCommerce Europe.
“The acquisition of Netalogue adds important commerce capabilities to further deliver upon our unified commerce vision and provides new options for TrueCommerce’s 12,800 global customers.”
Andrew Robathan, managing director of Netalogue, added: “We are very excited about the opportunity to join forces with TrueCommerce to create a complete unified commerce experience.”
TrueCommerce has its European headquarters in Coventry.
