The Access Group continues strategic growth with the appointment of four new C-level execs
As part of its global expansion strategy, Loughborough-headquartered The Access Group, a company known for providing business management software to small and mid-sized businesses, has made additions to its leadership team with the appointment of four new C-suite executives.
The company views the recruitment of top-tier talent at the senior level as a pivotal component of its growth strategy.
Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), Diego Baldini, brings a wealth of international expertise in cybersecurity technologies, having over 23 years of experience in cybersecurity and previously serving as the inaugural CISO of Renault Group in Paris, France, and CISO of HERE Technologies in Berlin, Germany. Diego has held various cybersecurity leadership roles at Nokia Corporation in Finland and China.
Pooja Singh assumes the role of Managing Director, Global Operation Centres, APAC, and is a key member of the Access APAC leadership team. Her responsibilities encompass the establishment and operation of GO Centres in the Asia-Pacific region, in support of the company’s global expansion efforts. Prior to joining The Access Group, Pooja played a pivotal role at Google, where she oversaw the expansion and establishment of Google Operations Centres in four Asian-Pacific locations, growing the team from inception to 5,000 members. Before her tenure at Google, Pooja held leadership positions at companies including Cognizant and Tata Consultancy Services, where she played a crucial role in initiating and managing key accounts, particularly in the banking, financial services and insurance sectors.
Managing Director, ERP, Claire Carter succeeds Brendan Flattery after his retirement. With over two decades of experience in the fields of tax and accounting, Claire joins The Access Group from Wolters Kluwer, where she held the position of CEO of Europe. Claire’s extensive career includes executive roles at companies like Alliance & Leicester, Morgan Stanley and Sage. She has a track record of building high-performing teams, delivering operational excellence, and focusing on organisational transformation and strategies aligned with emerging markets. Claire is also a qualified Executive Coach and has worked with executive teams in several FTSE 100 companies.
Pip White has been named Senior Vice President for Sales, bringing more than 20 years of experience in technology sales and GM leadership roles, including positions at Hewlett Packard, Salesforce and Google. She has excelled in turning around company culture, providing exceptional people leadership, and leading high-growth and transformation initiatives. Throughout her career, Pip has led large sales organisations spanning the UK and Ireland, Europe, North America, the Middle East and Africa. She has also earned recognition as one of the UK’s influential tech leaders and has been included in the UKtech50 longlist for the past four years.
