Tech recruiter {CX}² launches Talent as a Service
Midlands tech recruitment firm has launched a new service to simplify tech hiring, and here we chat to Dan Hoff-Rodrigues, founder and director of the firm to find out more:
What exactly is the service?
The launch of {CX}² In-House aims to revolutionise the traditional recruitment model, and will support ambitious Midland’s tech client’s with a more relationship-focused service that sees us as a hybrid to an internal recruitment team with the benefits of an external talent partner. It creates a more cost-effective offering to any client through a much more sustainable model, whilst focusing on hiring for attitude alongside technical skills, and being a voice to an employer’s brand in order to attract AND SECURE great talent in what is a competitive and difficult market place.
More specifically, {CX}² In-House is a talent-as-a-service monthly subscription that was created as a tailored hiring solution for tech scale-ups that are planning to recruit 5+ hires over a 3-12 month period. This is a bespoke service to each client, which includes the creation of a tailored hiring strategy, talent pipelining and access to {CX}²’s community and partner network, which includes add-on’s such as video marketing, employee and EVP services and apprenticeship and internship opportunities.
Why are you launching it now?
From the work we have done in the tech market within the Midland’s over the last 12 months and the “culture promise” ethos of the business that is all about understanding a client’s culture and values, we wanted to separate ourselves from the service that is delivered from that of a traditional recruitment agency, and felt that by offering this service, we were doing more than just delivering CV’s to a job description. By doing this, we will look to expand and scale internally and offer a fresh approach to the job of a “recruitment consultant”.
Tell us more about the billing structure.
It is bespoke to the client’s number of hires. We work out what it would have been against a % of every salary and see how much we can save, ensuring the quality of service remains at its highest and access to the extensive talent pools available through all resources, both passive and active.
What sorts of jobs are you recruiting form?
We fill all roles within most technology teams which are not just limited to Infrastructure, DevOps and Software Developers. We support with Project and Product teams and Senior Leadership and C-Level hires.
What’s your track record in tech recruitment?
Since our inception in 2019, for every exclusive hire we have been assigned, we have a 100% permanent success rate. For contingency recruitment (against other agencies) we have a 90% permanent fill rate.
Anything else you’d like to add?
When businesses are hiring a high number of staff over a short period, projects and product development time lines can take precendent with employers needing talent fast, forgetting about team fit, whilst recruitment costs going through the roof. We are ensuring that not only will we work to fast time lines, but ensure we are hiring quality and hiring the right fit and personality type whilst also adhering to Diverse and Inclusive SLAs.
