“Strong year” for Quiss Technology as Tamworth managed IT services provider reports revenue growth to £17M
Quiss Technology, a Tamworth-headquartered managed IT services provider, has announced a growth in both revenue and pre-tax profits, of £17 million and £1 million respectively.
The business, whose clients include Shoe Zone, Warren James, Lyons Seafoods, Aspall Suffolk Cyder, Ginsters, Wrekin and Soreen, offers a national service, delivered locally, to clients throughout the UK.
For the year up to 31 May 2023, Quiss Technology generated revenue of £17m, up from £16m in 2022, and pre-tax profits of £1m compared to £711,689 over the same period.
Founded in 1988, Quiss Technology is a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner in 6 areas, an HPI Specialist, a Cisco Premier Partner and enjoys relationships with leading technology partners such as Citrix, VMWare, Mimecast, Avaya and Symantec.
The company provides services ranging from cloud and hosting, disaster recovery, cyber security and IT support to IT training, consultancy, procurement, converged telephony and audio-visual solutions. Its clients are across a variety of industries, but Quiss Technology is known for its expertise in solutions for the legal and professional services, food manufacturing and pharmaceuticals sectors.
A statement signed off by the board said: “With consideration of the current global economic conditions, the directors are pleased to report that the company has posted an increase in both turnover and profit. The increased turnover is a result of an enhanced service portfolio, which caters for the needs of our increased customer base. Our investment in systems has continued throughout the year and we are now realising the benefits that these toolsets offer; this is reflected in the improved efficiencies experienced throughout the business.”
