Specialist database, cloud, and applications managed service provider DSP acquires a Canadian firm
Specialist provider of managed services for databases, cloud computing, and applications, DSP, which maintains offices in Nottingham, has acquired the Canadian firm Eclipsys Solutions (Eclipsys) to enhance its Oracle Cloud services portfolio and broaden its geographical presence in North America.
This acquisition, DSP’s first since receiving investment from LDC, constitutes a crucial step in DSP’s international growth strategy.
The combined group now generates revenues exceeding £75 million and has a staff base of approximately 250 employees across the UK, Ireland, and North America.
Founded in 2009 and headquartered in Ottawa, Eclipsys is the sole certified Oracle Cloud Solutions Provider (CSP) based in Canada. The company specializes in providing customized services to assist customers in managing, optimizing, and modernizing enterprise-grade databases and IT infrastructure, with a profound understanding of Oracle Cloud and OCI.
