MRI Software, a provider of real estate solutions and services, has announced the completion of its acquisition of Capita One, a subsidiary of UK-based Capita plc.
The acquisition aims to address the increasing demand for technology that supports the public sector in maintaining compliance with evolving regulations.
Capita One offers solutions for education, tax calculation and collection, benefits administration, and housing, which complement MRI’s existing services in social housing management and local government. The aim is to streamline compliance, property management, accounting, operations, and resident services.
