After successfully launching its community platform and continuing its growth, collaborative community for women in technology, SheCanCode, is introducing a Mentoring Programme, which aims to provide support for women at every stage of their tech careers.

For mentees, the programme provides access to experienced professionals who offer tailored guidance, career insights, and skill development opportunities. For mentors, it is a chance to share their knowledge and experience with the next generation of women in tech, while also refining their own leadership and coaching abilities.

Participants also gain the opportunity to grow their professional network within SheCanCode’s supportive community, connecting with others who share a commitment to promoting women in technology.

Kayleigh Bateman, Content Director at SheCanCode, said: “Our Mentoring Programme connects passionate mentees with experienced mentors who can provide advice, share industry insights, and help navigate the challenges of a career in tech.”

The Mentoring Programme is open to women at all career stages in technology and is entirely free to join. Visit the SheCanCode community platform today to sign up, become a mentor or start exploring available mentors.

Whether participants are looking for guidance or seeking to give back, they are encouraged to take this opportunity to form lasting connections that could help shape the future of the tech industry. Participants have the chance to receive valuable guidance from seasoned professionals, whether they are in search of career advice, skill improvement or a wider professional network.
