Realm Recruit expansion into Midlands begins with two new hires

Legal recruitment consultancy Realm Recruit has brought on board two new consultants as part of its plans to expand into the West Midlands market. Patrick Hackett will focus on recruiting family lawyers, while Jen Crowther will be responsible for recruiting private client and Court of Protection lawyers.

Patrick is no stranger to the legal recruitment scene, having previously worked for another company in the same field. Jen also brings extensive experience to this role, having worked with all kinds of law firms, from small boutique practices to magic circle and US legal companies.

The pair will work exclusively with law firms and lawyers in Birmingham and the Midlands. 

Realm’s Managing Director, Duane Cormell, commented: “As a native Brummie who has settled in Manchester, ever since setting up Realm in 2015, it’s been a long-held goal for us to branch into the Birmingham legal market. I’m so pleased that Patrick and Jen will be instrumental in us doing so.”
