Prism solutions acquires IT services firm in strategic expansion
In a strategic move to broaden its horizons, Prism Solutions has recently acquired Warwickshire-based Inside IT, an IT services and support provider renowned for its diverse sector involvement. Originally established in the 1980s, Inside IT first made its mark as a software services provider primarily for the automotive industry, later evolving into a multifaceted IT services and support company. Today, it boasts a user support base of approximately 1,600, spanning across sectors like automotive care, local authorities and services, agriculture, and non-profit organisations.
Sam Blundell, the founding director of Inside IT, expressed the criticality of selecting a compatible partner for business continuity, stating, “When looking for a suitable partner to continue your ongoing business, it is important to make the right decision with so many options to choose from.” Blundell’s decision to merge with Prism was driven by a desire to ensure Inside IT’s clients would benefit from Prism’s approach while being serviced to his stringent standards.
