A bright spark from Northumbria University has swiftly transformed his academic prowess into global business success. Husain Ayoob, a 2024 Computer Science with AI graduate, has seen his AI solutions company, Ayoob AI, flourish on an international scale in less than twelve months since its inception.
From its Newcastle base, Ayoob AI has experienced an extraordinary trajectory, now operating across continents, with a growing portfolio of clients spanning Europe and Asia. Prestigious locations such as Paris, Dubai, and Singapore feature prominently on the company’s expanding global map.
The burgeoning enterprise has also forged impressive partnerships, including collaborations with the Department for Business and Trade, and Johnston Carmichael, Scotland’s largest independent accountancy and business advisory firm. These alliances underscore the credibility and potential of Ayoob AI in delivering personalised AI solutions to major organisations worldwide. The company’s client roster boasts significant names, including one of Dubai’s leading catering companies and a prominent UK financial investment firm.
Mr. Ayoob’s entrepreneurial journey was significantly shaped during his final year at Northumbria University. He participated in a demanding six-month live project with aerospace and defence giant Lockheed Martin, alongside two fellow students from the university’s Cybersecurity and Computer Science undergraduate programmes.
Leveraging advanced software, the student team focused on identifying vulnerabilities within computer networks. Their innovative approach led to the design of a bespoke piece of software incorporating AI to detect cyberattacks. Furthermore, they utilised Chat GPT to generate professional-grade reports, mirroring the standards employed in real-world cybersecurity testing.
