Manchester’s Evergreen Life named UK’s fastest-growing tech firm

Manchester is home to Britain’s fastest-growing tech firm, according to the latest Sunday Times 100 Tech list.

Healthcare platform and digital health services company Evergreen Life has topped the list, which ranks Britain’s fastest-growing private technology companies.

Evergreen Life’s sales grew by an average of 554% a year over the last three years, reaching £36.1m in 2024. Over the same period, it grew its headcount from 50 to 500 employees and plans to create another 100 jobs in the next 12 months.

Six of the 100 companies on the list are based in the North West. Manchester-based green energy marketplace UrbanChain is the third-fastest-growing software firm in the country, seeing sales rise 334.39% to £25m over the three years.
