Leeds based digital agency Ayko strengthens its team

The Yorkshire ecommerce agency Ayko has augmented its team with the addition of six new members to better serve its new clients.

This Leeds-based company has continued to expand its agency, encompassing divisions in Shopify, Amazon, paid media, PR, SEO, and project management. These new appointments align with the agency’s increased growth ambitions, fueled by recent client acquisitions such as Croydex, Southern Sheeting, and Collectors Outpost.

The company’s extended team now includes Sam Theakston, who assumes the role of Head of Shopify. In this capacity, he will oversee Shopify Plus, advanced personalization, migration, and drive both new and existing opportunities within Shopify through strategic partnerships.

Jake Griffiths has joined as the Amazon Marketplace Manager, tasked with aiding clients in formulating Marketplace strategies, specifically optimizing and promoting listings on platforms like Amazon to boost sales and optimize revenue.

Alison Jurjeva has taken on the role of Senior Paid Media Manager, while Caitlin Murphy assumes the position of Senior Digital PR Executive. Both will collaborate with the SEO team, focusing on key accounts and providing expertise in media relations and outreach strategies.

Additionally, Dean Steele has joined as the Senior Project Manager, responsible for overseeing projects on the Magento and Shopify platforms to enhance delivery and development efforts. Eloise Heeley has been appointed as the SEO Executive.
