New recruit set to help Lancaster IT firm grow

Lancaster IT firm Q2Q IT has hired Laura Sharkey as a business development manager to support its ambitious growth plans.

Laura joins the company with experience in business development, sales and marketing for organisations such as Training Qualifications UK.

Her role at Q2Q will concentrate on identifying and maximising business opportunities, as well as account management and support of the wider team.

Andrew Stellakis, managing director of Q2Q, commented: “We have big growth plans over the next two years, which we simply couldn’t meet without the appointment of a dedicated sales and support manager.

“Our customer service levels are high, and we want them to remain that way. So, Laura will ensure that our clients are always happy and feeling ‘loved’, whilst finding and bringing new ones on board.”

Laura added: “For me, it’s important to deliver more than just a great product or service. The customer always comes first and this is so important when truly understanding a company’s needs.”

Q2Q is a provider of managed IT support for clients including Lyle & Scott, Lancaster Chamber of Commerce and CME Medical.
