Educational tech firm Prowise launches new division at MediaCityUK

Dutch education technology specialist Prowise is set to launch its first division outside the Netherlands at MediaCityUK in Salford Quays where it aiming to recruit around 20 staff.

The company, which produces education technology for schools, with a range that include award-winning personal devices and software with over one million ready-made lessons.

Prowise has been supplying to the UK’s education sector since 2013. The new location at The Greenhouse measures 2,500 sq ft.

Director Matt Daly has plans to take on approximately 20 additional staff members to deliver sales, marketing, customer services and administrative support for the company.

Matt Daly said: “When choosing a location, MediaCityUK stood out for us because of its strong links with both the technology and education sectors.”

He concluded: “While we are currently a small start-up company, we anticipate fast growth and need a flexible and creative space to accommodate this, so The Greenhouse is the perfect place for us to achieve this.”
