Converge Technology Specialist see revenues rise
Converge Technology Specialists, the cloud provider for law firms, has enjoyed significant success in 2016, as it exceeds growth targets, wins major new clients, and announces the opening of a new London office.
Converge has seen revenues rise an impressive 62 per cent to £4m this year on the back of an increase of 50 per cent in 2015.
2016 has been the fourth year in a row of 50 per cent plus growth and Converge now plan to achieve £10m turnover by 2019 based on an organic growth strategy.
The company, which celebrated its 10th anniversary this year, provides hosted and managed IT services to law firms.
Nigel Wright, founder and managing director of Converge TS, said: “Opening our new City of London office is an important step in both supporting our growing south east-based clients and in strengthening our relationships with partners, referrers and industry bodies.”
There have also been key wins in the north west including Cheshire based LMS, the UK’s provider of conveyancing panel management services, and Lancashire-based Speed Medical, the UK’s largest independent provider of medical reports.
The company has recruited 12 staff in 2016, with personnel numbers set to increase by another 15 in 2017 in line with growth forecasts. To accommodate its growing team of experts, the company is building a state-of-the-art technology centre at its HQ in Daresbury, Cheshire.
Speaking of the company’s continued success, Nigel said: “We remain focussed on delivering one service to one sector, and we deliver it really well.
“Our focus on law firms means that our experience and expertise are second to none, and our excellent reputation for client delivery continues to grow.
“We’re delighted to be providing services to some of the leading law firms in the country and helping them to drive the productivity and profitability gains achieved through improved technology use.
“Our robust business model, based on an 80 per cent recurring revenue rate and a 95 per cent client retention rate, enables us to develop the business to meet our future growth plans.”
