Automated home technology firm grows as consumers want smarter homes
Home technology specialist Finite Solutions has announced a 25% increase in turnover to £3.4m for 2015/16, boosted by strong demand for lighting design and smart control installations.
The Leeds-based company specialises in whole house automation projects including home cinema, security, and audio visual systems that are fully integrated into smart phone and tablet interfaces.
Finite Solutions has offices in Leeds, York, Manchester, London and more recently Surrey. It employs 29 people across the UK and has plans to expand with a presence in the Midlands in the near future.
Projects that have boosted turnover for this year include a £300,000 lighting and home automation project in Leeds, a £250,000 full house automation, lighting and home cinema in Hale, Cheshire and a £350,000 integrated project in Knightsbridge in London.
Mr Mathieson added “Looking to the future, we are rapidly increasing our lighting design services and looking to expand across the Midlands with possible acquisitions and further recruitment, and have set out to achieve our target of £4m in turnover for 2016/17.
