Nominees announced for the prestigious made in the Midlands Awards
Over 40 businesses are competing for accolades at the Made in the Midlands Awards, marking Insider’s annual tribute to the manufacturing excellence in the region.
The finalists for the 11 distinguished categories have been unveiled, featuring major players like automotive leader Toyota, aerospace innovator XCAM, and burgeoning coffee brand 200 Degrees.
The celebration culminates in a glamorous award ceremony set for 25 April at the Eastside Rooms in Birmingham.

In its 14th edition, the awards introduce the Manufacturing Start-up category, highlighting the region’s vibrant innovation and entrepreneurial spirit.
The competition is fierce, especially in the Apprentice of the Year category, underscoring the region’s commitment to fostering talent and skill development. The event will also include the Made Smarter Midlands Awards, further celebrating the sector’s achievements.
