Midlands company Minster Micro expands with five key appointments
A Midlands-based IT company is expanding its team in response to continued growth and new client acquisition.
Minster Micro Computers, a software provider in Kidderminster, has recently appointed five new staff members across various technical, infrastructure, and administrative areas. This expansion follows a period of growth characterised by new client wins and a focus on emerging markets and products.
In the Applications and ERP Team, the company has welcomed developer Samuel Agbeja. Additionally, the Infrastructure and Cyber Security department has been strengthened with the expertise of Sukhi Singh.
As part of its ongoing collaboration with Birmingham City University and Innovate UK, the national innovation agency, experienced business analyst Asantewah Ofori has joined the company to lead a key project.
Furthermore, the IT specialist’s busy finance and administration team has been augmented with two new appointments: Catherine Clayton as a workflow administrator and Katrina Sneyd in the role of contracts administrator.
Susan Marlow, managing director of Minster Micro said:
“We are seeing a phenomenal period of growth which has seen us taking on more projects, new clients and expanding our work with existing customers. This means that we can’t stand still and must bring in more experts on the internal and client-facing side. These five appointments are very much part of that and add to the strength and depth we already have in various technical and administrative departments. The feedback from clients has already been excellent which underlines just how important a milestone it is for us. To be adding more jobs helps underpin the local economy and brings more skills to the area. It’s a win-win situation not just for us, but for the region too.”
Susan mentioned that Minster Micro is set to create additional IT positions before year-end, as they are currently engaged in another recruitment phase.
