IT service provider Quiss Technology turnover increases
Quiss Technology has reported an increase in turnover and pre-tax profits. Tamworth-headquartered managed IT services provider whose clients include Shoe Zone, Ginsters, Samworth Brothers and Soreen, was founded in 1988 and also has a base in Harrow.
The business has reported a turnover of £16 million for the year to 31 May 2022, up from £13.1 million in 2021, while pre-tax profits jumped from £239,526 to £711,689 over the same period.
A statement signed off by the board said: “With consideration of the current global economic conditions, the directors are pleased to report that the company has posted an increase in both turnover and profit.
“The increased turnover is a result of greater demand for IT services and a return to normal staffing levels for many of our customers following a year of disruption caused by the pandemic. During this, we have evolved our service portfolio to cater to the needs of the new agile workforce.
“We have seen an increase in the requirement for IT equipment throughout the year; however, there have been challenges around the supply chain, which we have been working closely with our suppliers to overcome.”
