IT firm relocates to support growth
AN IT company has re-located to larger premises in Stoke-on-Trent to accommodate growth.
UK Business IT has grown consistently over the past six years and has now settled on new offices in Cauldon Locks in Etruria.
The firm provides clients with expert IT services, products and support.
Chartered IT professional Mark Swann, one of the original founders of the business in 2010, has more than 30 years’ experience in helping businesses maximise the benefits from their IT systems.
He said: “We have a great team who each have decades of experience and knowledge in the IT market.
“We’ve recently added two more IT professionals to the team and as the business has expanded we’ve gradually outgrown our old office.
“Our new premises at Cauldon Locks allow us the flexibility to move to larger office space within the business centre, as we grow.”
He said that over the next 12 months the firm aimed to expand the workforce by a further 30%.
“We’re an ambitious company but the growth will be sustained and manageable in order to continue providing our customers with the very best possible service,” he added.
The company has also used the relocation to carry out a re-brand and launch a new website.
Tony Masters, marketing manager at the firm said: “After several months of development and extensive market research, the new website marks a milestone in the company’s development.
“We wanted a clean and navigable website that our clients will find appealing and informative. The new site provides details of our services, and will also be a great resource for the latest industry news. It will also have a secure login area for customers, where they can access free factsheets, log and track support incidents, and web-chat to IT technicians.”
UK Business IT provide a range of services, including remote back-up, data security, IT forensic investigations, web and mail hosting, bespoke databases, and hosted telephone systems.
