Serviceteam IT to provide high-speed fibre optic lines to Substrakt

Birmingham-based communications infrastructure provider Serviceteam IT has added a digital agency Substrakt to its client roster.

The  IT company will provide high-speed fibre optic lines to Substrakt, a digital agency that builds websites for clients such as the English National Opera and the Birmingham Hippodrome.

The landing of Substrakt has topped a successful year for the company and since 2014 it has trebled its client list to include energy giant First Utility and insurance firm GAB Robins.

Mr Jesson-Ward said his team landed the contract after delivering the fibre internet in just 26 days.

He said: ‘Our competitors take twice that time. We have developed strong relationships with our suppliers and we push them harder to deliver quicker results and to address our clients’ needs,’ he said.
