ClearCourse acquires Nottingham-based retail tech firm CSY

ClearCourse, a specialist in software and payment systems, has acquired CSY Retail Systems, a provider of electronic point-of-sale solutions for UK retailers. As part of the acquisition, CSY will join the retail & hospitality division of ClearCourse.

CSY, based in Nottingham, has been offering retail EPOS technology across the UK for more than 30 years. The firm is well-established in the retail software market, supporting hundreds of clients and supplying terminals to a wide range of retail locations including garden centres, farm shops, pharmacies, and DIY stores.

CSY’s technology facilitates both in-store and online trading for clients such as Duchy of Cornwall Nursery, Blue Diamond, and Tile Giant.
