AV integrator delivers security via new tech infrastructure at Nuclear AMRC Midlands facility in Derby
After its relocation from Rotherham to Derby, the Nuclear AMRC, an organisation dedicated to assisting UK manufacturers in securing contracts within the nuclear sector, has partnered with a Preston-based integrator, Pure AV, for the establishment of a standardised technology infrastructure to support its new Midlands facility.
Pure AV, a trusted integrator with a track record of delivering high-quality projects at the original Nuclear AMRC and throughout the University of Sheffield AMRC estate, was entrusted with managing this critical project.
The Pure AV team devised a system that prioritised maximum security while ensuring uniformity for Nuclear AMRC personnel. This system also enabled IT administrators to centrally oversee and monitor all devices from a separate location.
Given the facility’s versatility in accommodating large conferences and presentations, it was crucial that the AV system possessed flexibility and user-friendliness for individuals with varying levels of technical expertise. On a daily basis, the digital signage platform allows for seamless content deployment from a remote location while the Extron control system offers users the flexibility to finely adjust audio levels for a more enhanced overall experience in this space.
Nuclear AMRC’s James Twelves said: “From the initial meetings, Pure AV demonstrated a comprehensive understanding of our needs. They collaborated closely with us and successfully delivered high-quality, site-wide solutions that significantly improved collaboration for both internal and external users.”
