Node4 announces new leadership appointments to drive next growth phase
Node4, a Derby-based cloud-led digital transformation Managed Services Provider, has announced a significant leadership change with the appointment of Richard Moseley as Chief Executive Officer. The founder, Andy Gilbert, will transition from CEO to become President and a Board Member. This strategic move aims to bolster the executive team as the company progresses into its next growth phase. Moseley is set to formally take over the CEO role in early 2025 after a thorough induction and handover period with Gilbert.
Richard Moseley brings three decades of technology industry experience, having led several high-growth software and managed services companies. His tenure at Rapid7 International saw the company expand significantly, moving from an early stage to a publicly listed global entity. Previously, Moseley also spearheaded the expansion of Quest Software as GM, extending its reach across Europe and Asia.
Andy Gilbert, who has been at the helm of Node4 for over twenty years, will continue to play a crucial role in the company, focusing on strategy, technology, product roadmap, and client development. His new position allows him to dedicate more time to strategic planning in the complex and evolving business environment.
“Joining the Node4 team feels like an incredible opportunity,” said Richard Moseley. “Over the past 20 years, Andy and our talented team have developed an unrivalled reputation for helping organisations bridge the gap between technology and strategic goals, and I look forward to working closely with my new colleagues, customers and partners as we continue to push boundaries and build towards our next stage of growth,” he added.
Andy Gilbert commented on the new appointment, “Richard is a hugely respected leader and innovator whose experience and drive align exactly with our ambitious growth strategy for the years ahead. Under his leadership, the business is ideally positioned to deliver on our growth plans, working closely with customers and partners to meet their needs and implement solutions that help them to thrive in today’s competitive markets.”
