CYFOR Group announces opening of new forensic lab in Leicester, plans to expand workforce
The CYFOR Group, a digital forensics specialist, is set to expand its operations with the opening of a new forensic lab in Leicester. The Manchester-based firm announced that this expansion follows a record-breaking first half of 2024 and is expected to create numerous job opportunities in response to rising client demands.
Specialising in extracting and analysing complex data, CYFOR’s Forensic division collaborates with criminal defense solicitors, police forces, local authorities, private sector organisations, and commercial law firms across the UK. The new facility in Leicester will increase the company’s workforce to over 50 employees.
Lawrence Perret-Hall, Chief Operating Officer at CYFOR, emphasised the importance of the new lab: “This new facility marks a significant milestone in our commitment to enhancing our digital investigative capabilities and supporting the growing demand for our services.”
He added, “The Leicester lab is equipped with the latest forensic technology and tools, allowing our expert team to conduct thorough and efficient investigations.
