Lakeside Software, the leading IT data intelligence company, which works with the likes of Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council, has announced the expansion of its channel partner team with three key director hires: Shannon van Dulken, Pierre Bousaleh and Mario Schuld. These strategic hires underscore its commitment to enhancing its global partner ecosystem and extending its reach to new regions and customers.
The trio of directors will primarily focus on the EMEA (Europe, the Middle East, and Africa) region, playing a vital role in fostering new partnerships and enlarging Lakeside’s network. With a customer base spanning over 30 countries, Lakeside is steadfast in its mission to expand its global team. This ambition was recently highlighted by its foray into the DACH region (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland). The partner programme, an integral component of Lakeside’s offerings, aims to optimize IT environments and ensure comprehensive visibility.
Shannon van Dulken steps into the role of partner director for the UK, Ireland, and Southern Europe. With over 15 years of experience in the FinTech sector across prominent financial hubs like New York and London, van Dulken is renowned for her expertise in developing and driving strategic growth within partner ecosystems. Her vision is to cultivate a diverse and robust network, hinging on collaborative success.
Pierre Bousaleh assumes the position of partner director for the Nordics, Benelux (Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg), and the Middle East. With a dynamic two-decade career in global sales and marketing, Bousaleh brings a wealth of knowledge in ecosystem transformation, strategic alliances, and revenue generation. His passion lies in harnessing technology to drive innovation and tackle intricate business challenges.
Mario Schuld is appointed as the partner director for the DACH region and Eastern Europe. Schuld’s nearly quarter-century in IT and the channel, encompassing sales, marketing, management, and business development, equips him with the expertise to forge sustainable relationships and make a tangible impact in new ventures.
