CompriseIT acquired by BackOffice Associates
A Leamington Spa IT consultancy has been acquired by BackOffice Associates, a provider of of information governance and data modernisation solutions, headquartered in the US.
CompriseIT works with businesses on the adoption of SAP HANA, an advanced data processing system. BackOffice Associates’ acquisition of CompriseIT is the latest initiative in strengthening the information governance leader’s expertise in helping customers globally as they embark on their journey to implement SAP S/4HANA.
The deal is expected to bolster BackOffice Associates’ customer base across the globe.
David Booth, chairman and chief executive of BackOffice Associates, said: “Our relationship has evolved over the past 18 months and after a series of highly successful customer engagements, we recognised that a union between the two organisations was a natural fit for helping customers accelerate adoption and realise the most value out of SAP S/4HANA.

CompriseIT’s co-chief executive and SAP mentor Owen Pettiford will step into the role of senior vice president for SAP digital transformation at BackOffice Associates. David Wood has been appointed senior vice president for SAP Innovation in Europe.
