Software firm grows technical team
Business management software provider, OrderWise has expanded its team. In April, three new members boosted the Lincolnshire firm’s support, development and training departments.
The new employees started of their employment undergoing extensive training on all the key areas of the OrderWise system, ensuring the real life application was fully understood and benchmarks were achieved. Having now completed this initial training, these three new starters have now begun settling into their job roles and started the second stage of training in their respective departments. The new OrderWise team members are:
Joseph Dale – Software Developer
Joseph Dale joins the development department as a Software Developer. Prior to OrderWise, Joseph has worked in a variety of programming roles working on developing different ERP and Payment Systems. With a Higher National Diploma in Computer Science also to his name, Joseph has the skill set and experience that can be easily transferred and applied to his new role at OrderWise.
Matthew Jones – Software Trainer
Also joining OrderWise this month is Matthew Jones, who joins the Projects Team as a Software Trainer. Possessing an Education and Training award, Matthew has worked for a number of institutions including Lincoln College, Lincoln UTC, Peterborough College and IHS Global Alliance. This knowledge and vast training experience makes Matthew a welcome asset to the OrderWise Projects Team.
Richard Kendall – Technical Support Advisor
Richard Kendall enters the Support Team as a Technical Support Advisor. Richard graduated from the University of Lincoln with a degree in audio technology before working at Debenhams, where he assisted with the launch of their updated click and collect service. This technical understanding, experience with customer service and practice of stock management makes Richard perfectly suited to his new role within the OrderWise Support Team.
