Arrow Businsss Comms acquires telecoms provider 360 Solutions

Arrow Business Communications, a Surrey-based business communications company has acquired a Burton-on-Trent telecoms and IT services provider 360 Solutions, for an undisclosed sum.

360 Solutions works in markets including retail, property development and recruitment and all directors of the firm will be staying on and will work within the Arrow group, as will the remainder of the company’s employees.

360 Solutions counts Cisco, Microsoft, Mitel, O2 and NetApp among its partners, and offers things including virtualisation, cloud and networking.

Oliver Marsden, founder and main shareholder of 360 Solutions, commented: “Having started 360 Solutions with my brother Sam 15 years ago, I am excited to be joining a larger group that shares the same values and approach as I do, I can’t wait to get started.”

Arrow chief executive Chris Russell added: “This is our second acquisition of 2018 and our largest to date and will significantly enhance Arrow’s legal sector focus.

“I am delighted that all of the 360 Solutions team will be joining Arrow and I am excited to see what their respective skill sets will bring to the wider team.

“The acquisition further strengthens Arrow’s presence in the East Midlands and increases our UK wide footprint.
