Park Place Technologies acquires Bromsgrove infrastructure specialist
Data centre services provider Park Place Technologies has acquired an IT infrastructure specialist based in Bromsgrove.
The addition of Prestige Systems will allow Park Place to enhance its team of engineers, who service data centres across the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region.

Prestige Systems’ co-founders, John and Elaine Dawson, James Coyle, and Mark Jones will leave the business.
Dawson added: “Elaine, James, Mark, and I have full confidence in leaving Prestige in the capable hands of Park Place.
“With Park Place, Prestige will be able to continue to grow to the next level and deliver the best service for IT data centres around the world.”
Park Place has its European headquarters in London. The financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed.
Prestige Systems has over 25 years’ experience as a provider of IT infrastructure solutions and services and holds the highest levels of accreditation with HP, Dell, EMC, Oracle, VMware, and Cisco, with support and break-fix capabilities spanning an array of vendor technologies and products.
