£4 million development launches with gigabit fibre broadband from Syscomm
Coventry-based Syscomm has secured a contract to provide gigabit fibre broadband to all 49 residential units at D.R. Development’s luxury flats in West Bromwich.
Tenants and leaseholders in a new £4 million development can receive full-fibre gigabit internet access direct to their apartments following an agreement with Syscomm.
The apartments are some of the first in the region to benefit from ultra-fast gigabit fibre broadband. Not only did Syscomm design and install the necessary cabling, but the firm will also continue to manage the ongoing ultrafast broadband service to the residents.
The new building in Victoria Street was unveiled by the Mayor of Sandwell Councillor Ann Jaron on behalf of D.R. Developments.
Broadband speeds are an increasingly important factor in the home buying process, particularly amongst millennials, and Syscomm’s offer to developers will see more new build purchasers benefit from the very best connectivity. By delivering high performance, reliable broadband for the end user that is available immediately upon moving in, Syscomm has helped to add value to the West Bromwich development.
Gigabit-speed connectivity is the next generation of broadband internet service, and with speeds of up to 1,000 megabits per second, residents at Victoria Court will be able to shop, stream music and films, play games keep up with friends on social media and so much more without worrying about their internet connection.
The installation came at no cost to the Detail C, with residents only paying if they decide to sign up for the faster broadband service from Syscomm.
Syscomm is working with property developers, contractors and facilities management teams across the UK to design, specify and install high speed broadband new build properties and refurbishment housing projects.
